Our 200,000sq ft warehousing facility in Liverpool allows for secure storage and handling of bulky or palletised cargo. Our team prepares goods for final distribution and retail, including repacking, barcoding, relabelling and the required to move your goods to market.

What is Freight Forwarding?
Freight Forwarding is the process of coordinating and conducting the transportation process to move goods from one location to another. We at Trinity Logistics serve as the intermediaries between the organisations or individuals, to optimise the process of moving goods from the original point to the destination. As cargo freight forwarders, we ensure there is no inconvenience during the process and ensure all paperwork and legal work is completed on all imports and exports. Trinity Logistics is able to forward freight across land, sea and air.
What UK ports can I import/export through?
Trinity Logistics is able to forward any cargo through any UK port, notable examples are Felixstowe, the largest UK port, and Liverpool, where we are based.
Can I track my shipments?
Yes! Our system allows you to track the shipping of your goods 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We partner with ModalTrans, an amazing software, that is able to support you through the shipping process.
What is the difference between FCL and LCL?
A FCL is a Full Container Load, which is ideal for a large shipment of goods and involves booking a whole container. A LCL or Less than Container Load is when just the required amount of space for the goods set to be shipped is booked, which means it is stored in the container with other shipments.
What Warehousing is available?
We have a 200,000sq ft Warehouse in Liverpool that can accommodate any shipment and our team can prepare the goods for final distribution and retailing including repacking, barcoding, relabeling and the required to move your goods to market. We also have numerous deals with ports around the world to secure temporary warehousing during lead time between stages of shipping.
Will the ongoing conflict affect my shipment?
The war in the middle east has caused disruptions to trade lanes, primarily the Far East to UK. Some ocean freight rates have stabilised but the market remains volatile and there are longer transit times. Fuel price rates are fluctuating and it has caused congestion and delays in UK ports due to the longer transit. Planning shipping earlier than previously is suggested to guarantee shipping.

How are costs calculated?
Prices are dependent on the type of service requested. They are based on the size of the cargo, and the distance between the destination point and original location. Price is subject to change based on the price of fuel as well as the rates of the shipping companies, which is still fluctuating.
Where are we based?
Our head office is based in Liverpool, but we also have a permanent office in Shenzhen China as well as a Hotdesk in Dubai, with plans for this to become a permanent office also.
