Strengthening UK–Netherlands Trade Connections

Earlier today, our CEO Amanda joined a panel discussion at the UK- Netherlands Trade Mission in Liverpool. 

We were delighted to attend this fantastic event at Hill Dickinson Stadium in Liverpool, where industry leaders and businesses from across the Netherlands came together to explore new collaborations, strengthen international trade relations and drive innovation.

Our CEO, Amanda, joined an expert panel discussion titled “Building the Next Generation Aerospace & Maritime Supply Chain”, alongside representatives from Make UK and Glassbond.

The discussion explored some of the key challenges businesses face today, including geopolitical uncertainty, innovation and development, and the need to build greater resilience across supply chains.

The panel also highlighted exciting opportunities to strengthen the Liverpool City Region’s position in international trade.

Liverpool City Region continues to build its international profile through growing global trade relationships. A delegation from the region recently travelled to India, while Liverpool also welcomed a Bulgarian trade delegation last month. Amanda played an important role in exploring opportunities during these discussions. These developments further reinforce Liverpool’s growing reputation, following its recognition as a UN City of Innovation.
