Amanda Unsworth
CEO and Founder
Passionate and experienced maritime and logistics professional since 1997 – in 2017, she founded Trinity Logistics Limited.
Amanda started her shipping career as a docker at the age of 17 at Liverpool Port in 1997. She has held several senior positions at shipping lines and freight forwarders, working in various locations across the globe. Specialising in operations and improving efficiencies and supply chains for her customers. Amanda plays an integral part in the day-to-day running of the business, with excellence in service at the forefront.
Her strong operational knowledge and vast experience has helped refine her management techniques to truly optimise the supply chain process. Working across the globe has given Amanda insight of the custom procedures and international logistic procedure, and global crisis response.
Balancing parenthood and her career has been instrumental in shaping her mindset, in which she attests her strong empathy, hardiness and dedication. As a proud mother of 2 girls, Amanda seeks to create a better future for her children and women everywhere. Amanda works hard to serve as an amazing role model who continues to fight boundaries in a male dominated field.
Amanda is a huge advocate for local businesses, ports and charities, with numerous philanthropic endeavours, in which she champions the success of women in business. Her annual Power of Women event uplifts the voices of women and raises money for Liverpool based charities. She also works closely with schools and universities to highlight the industry and build new talent.

Over the past 20 years, Sarah has cultivated a dynamic and rewarding career in sales and customer service within the logistics industry. Sarah’s ability to build strong relationships with clients has consistently resulted in precise and efficient logistics solutions. Operations Director

With over 30 years of experience in the supply chain and logistics industry, Lisa developed broad end-to-end expertise across procurement, manufacturing, shipping lines, freight forwarding, warehousing, and both domestic and international multi-modal transport operations. Her career has included operational, commercial, and strategic roles, giving her a strong understanding of complex supply chains and how they can be improved to support efficiency, resilience, and long-term business performance.
Lisa has worked closely with suppliers, manufacturers, transport providers, and customers to ensure the smooth movement of goods across local and global markets. Lisa’s experience within shipping lines and freight forwarding has provided valuable insight into international logistics, customs procedures, transport planning, and stakeholder management within fast-paced environments.
CPC qualified, Lisa is recognised for her practical, collaborative, and hands-on approach to leadership and problem solving. She combines strategic thinking with strong operational knowledge and has experience supporting process improvements, cost control, and efficient ways of working while maintaining high service standards.
As a working mother of three, Lisa brings resilience, adaptability, organisation, and a balanced perspective to my professional life. She takes pride in building strong working relationships, supporting teams, and contributing to efficient and reliable supply chain operations.
